Progression

Mapping my career path to the Jesse Garrett model.

  1. Early career as an all-out digital designer and developer.
  2. Focused on creativity and visuals. Let go of some structure.
  3. Dedicated UX roles meant increasingly less influence and impact from visual designers.
  4. Concious move back upstream to UX. Questioning objectives and placing the user first.
