From the success of the Jaguar Land Rover Media site, a new JLR Corporate Site was proposed. The old site had become stagnant, so the new site also meant a new approach towards content. Changes were pushed through within the business and the site is now a place for JLR stories and insights. Something which people can return to and feel a connection with the brand.
Seeing this as a great opportunity for the brand to set themselves apart, an initial prototype was created based on competitor analysis and research. With the client onboard, a Sitemap and set of Wireframes were then produced to align the design with the 6 agreed core pillars of the business.
Three concepts were mocked-up as Full Designs to really emphasis the potential impact and tone for the new site. The designs were developed and went through several rounds of amends with the stakeholders. They were finally evolved to include a full viewport Hero Image. The final site was built on the existing Media Site platform using the content currently available to avoid launch delays.
